Where are the templates (Word and pages) to fill the prescription forms? People otherwise provided forms are useless since with computers. Want to leave all your recipes on hand in a form that is printed on very feint yellow? Can you even read the forms provided? I can not. The binder is attractive and I think the spacers are marginal (the titles are very difficult to read). Therefore, I'l buy plastic jackets for the house of my computer printed prescriptions.
