Mr. Wilbur thinks the secret of KFC is MFG, in any way. Maybe it's just me, but when I buy a cookbook I do not want to talk much and many photos, I know how to put a burger together. Commodity fact having set up a business in a rural area, it's so hard to get "ready" as mayonnaise or sauce another time. Transportation is bad, and I really creave for those foods I used to eat abroad. I just hope Todd will try to explain more how to do 'things on the fly "from the beginning! How to make a nice mayonnaise, mustard or sauce necessary. Meal replacement, or butter. Even when I received this book, there are lotsa cloths not cook unless you fly to get the ingredients!
